- Abstract
The article focuses on economic relations between China and Pakistan along with prospects for addressing energy crisis in Pakistan. Topics include development of Gwadar port in Pakistan which is also vital for proposed gas pipeline projects between Iran, Pakistan, and India; concerns over Pakistan's energy security; and need of imports of natural gas and utilization of domestic resources such coal, hydropower, biomass and wind.
