- Abstract
The article discusses the importance of NSW Animals Regulation of Sale Bill as an effective provision model in commercial breeding to protect the lives of dogs and other animals in the U.S. The author emphasized the role of U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) in terms of Animal Welfare Act to control people who possess and sell animals out in the market. The Humane Society of the United States and the American Kennel Club (AKC) have supported for regulating commercial breeders.
