- Abstract
The article discusses the science and engineering deficiencies of the Great Britain government. Member of Parliament (MP) Phil Willis believes that science could be lost in the all encompassing department called Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) department. It is stated that a government review has been launched to find out the engineering skills the government has in-house and outline the levels of expertise civil servants need to deal with external engineering advisors.
