CCS project moves to Kern County.
- Abstract
The article reports that Hydrogen Energy has submitted its application to the California Energy Commission in September 2008 for the construction of the first hydrogen fuel electric generating facility in the U.S. The entry notes that the company moved its project site from Carson to Kern County to bring it closer to oil fields where carbon capture and storage (CCS) can be implemented.
