Geurts and Jorik Nonnekes contributed equally to this work Dear Sirs, Hereditary spastic paraplegia (HSP) is a neurodegenerative disorder, characterized by progressive spasticity and muscle weakness of both lower extremities [[1]]. Y-axis represents number of people with HSP who experienced the symptom Six participants were treated with intramuscular botulinum toxin injections to reduce spasticity-related symptoms.
