- Abstract
The article presents the author's on a paper by P. Williams and J. Edwards on public libraries. The first part of the study was designed to explore how adults and adolescents experience work, home, and community and the second stage focused on two best practice libraries. It is stated that Williams and Edwards built the study off the findings of previous studies according to which young people have reduced access to social interaction as well as recreational activities.
