- Abstract
The article provides a basic survey of existing and evolving reproductive rights law protected by Minnesota's state constitution, viewed against the backdrop of the federal law pre and post the U.S. Supreme Court case Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Org. It mentions in Dobbs Court overturned Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey, eradicating a personal Constitutional right that the Court formerly recognized—one that it had repeatedly affirmed.
