In the article, author focuses on the ethical practices in psychology and concern regarding human right and national security. Topics discussed include awareness of responsibility among psychologists, torture and abusive interrogation from detainees by the U.S. psychologists, ethical expectation in psychology, training and teaching of ethical and legal issues related to psychology, and monitoring of unethical practices by professional associations and members.
