- Authors
Lee, Robert G.
- Abstract
The article focuses on the judgment of Coulson J. in the court case Barr v. Biffa Waste Services Ltd., involving nuisance law in the U.S. The high court ruling mentioned that the permit can defend a legal action in nuisance, while the Court of Appeal has overturned the high court's decision.
