- Abstract
The article offers information on the role of clean milk supply in decreasing infant mortality rate in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. Advances in knowledge related to infant care entails improved supply of nutrition products including milk in the market. It is mentioned that clean milk supply of milk contributed most in the decline of infant mortality than other factors such as other sanitary measures and medical intervention.
