- Abstract
The aim of the research is to prepare exercises according to the time-based targeted and complement (Animal Flex) for (110m) hurdles runners under 20 years, and to identify the effect of training according to the time-based targeted and complementary exercises (Animal Flex) on the achievement of 110 hurdles under the age of 20 years, and to identify the preference of the effect between the two experimental groups in the development of achievement for runners (110m) hurdles under 20 years. As for the hypotheses of the research, there is a positive effect of the exercises according to the target time and the supplement (Animal Flex) in the achievement of the runners (110m) hurdles under 20 years, and there is a preference for the second experimental group over the first experimental group in the achievement of the runners (110m) hurdles under 20 years. The researcher used the experimental approach with the design of the two equal experimental groups because it is compatible with the nature of the problem. The researcher identified the research population with the runners of the Middle Euphrates Clubs under 20 years for the (110m) hurdles competition, whose number is (12) runners. The conclusions of the research were that the exercises prepared by the researcher according to the target time had a significant impact on improving achievement. The food supplement (Animal Flex) contributed to improving the special running stages (third, fourth, and fifth) and the achievement of the runners (110 m )hurdles for the second experimental group.
