- Abstract
This article presents the Language Modeling Methodologies and Processes - LMMPS (by its acronym in Spanish) as a new alternative for the analysis and development of Geographic Information Systems - GIS, specifically modeling the Road Information System for Emergency Care -- SIVAE (by its acronym in Spanish), which assumes the views of Management, Structuring and Innovation as Metaprocess Software Development, as a result of the LMMPS methodology. The LMMPS allows to determine the different components that make up a prototype structure for geographic information from the conceptualization of Software Engineering. This procedure allows to generate the different views of the implemented methodology, as well as meet requirements, roles of the actors involved, the project deliverables, documentation improvements, among others modeled from metaprocess components. With this methodology, the SIVAE emerges as a proposal for software engineering, being a tool that generates reports of critical paths for dealing of incidents, optimizing decision-making process in the emergency response in the area of El Chico, located north of Bogotá D. C.
