- Abstract
The article explores a case of a patient with a history of migraine with atypical aura which was diagnosed through acute multifocal posterior placoid pigment epitheliopathy (AMPPPE) and vision sparing therapy. It discusses the pathophysiology of the disease as well as notes the results in the AMPPPE. The authors' suggestions regarding the diagnosis of this type of patient are also given.
