- Abstract
The article discusses how to guide third parties in accessing electronic information. According to a study at the University of California, 93 percent of all information created annually in the United States are in digital form. However, it is said that the primary problem with recovery tools for application software is redundancy and duplication. It is cited that litigators face the increasing problem of increasing amount of information stored in digital media. The law addresses the concern on e-discovery case law in the U.S.
