- Abstract
The article focuses on proof structure should be modified to ensure that lesbian, gay, and bisexual (LGB) persons' allegations of religious nonadherence discrimination as proxy claims for sexual orientation bias. It mentions de facto sexual orientation exception to the Title VII of the U.S. Civil Rights Act of 1964 ban on religious discrimination and same employment protections. It mentions arguments for repudiating the sexual orientation exception in the context of religious discrimination.
