The article examines the relations between literate artifacts and psychosocial compositions with regards to feminist activism. Topics include community literacy, Kent State University's 2013 Clothesline Project (CP) feminist activist event, and the manifestation of silence in CP t-shirts. Also explored are active participation, childhood sexual abuse, and sexist cultural attitudes.
