- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 56-year-old woman with a history of sarcoidosis who complained of bilateral leg pain. One year before admission, she was found to have hypercalcemia and acute renal failure. She was treated with intravenous fluids and furosemide. Her calcium level was normalized while her creatine level continued to rise. A renal biopsy was conducted. The article also discusses the renal manifestations of sarcoidosis.
