- Abstract
The article presents an overview of construction arbitration which has been around since the mid-1800s in the U.S. It mentions the declaration of the Federal Arbitration Act as a substantive federal law following the decision ruled out the Supreme Court over the Southland Corp. v. Keating. In addition, the importance of the international construction arbitration in providing ways to resolve the dispute is also emphasized.
