- Abstract
The article focuses on the issues involving the moral rights and protection of original designs of golf course designers in the U.S. It explores the history of golf course design and the development of the profession, known as the golf course architect. It also discusses the nation's laws relevant to the protection of golf course designers' original work. Also proposed is the importation of moral right into a section of a law to enhance protection of golf course designers' original works.
