- Abstract
This article discusses court case decisions and procedural reforms in the European Court of Human Rights. Topics include the Court President's issuance of practice directions to supplement the updated Rules of Court, a decision about environmental human rights and London, England's Heathrow Airport noise pollution in the case of Hatton and Others v. United Kingdom, and a decision on the forced withdrawal of former Soviet Union military personnel from Latvia in the case of Slivenko v. Latvia.
