- Abstract
This paper is carried out on job satisfaction of employees in the banking sector and the learning capacity, in order to reveal their impact on organizational performance. A questionnaire consisting of 29 expressions was used in order to test the research model introduced in the context out of demographic variables. The survey was delivered to total of 645 banking employees' staffs that are working in government, private and interest-free in Diyarbakır, Batman Siirt and Mardin. In conclusion, a positive linear relationship between learning capacity, job satisfaction and performance have been identified. In addition interest-free banking employees reported more scores on Organizational Performance, Learning Capacity and Job satisfaction than government and private sector banking employee. Further, several differences have been identified according to some demographic variables.
