- Title
Cutaneous Collagenous Vasculopathy With Ocular Involvement.
- Authors
DeVore, Ansley C.; Alshaikh, Hesham; Elston, Dirk M.
- Abstract
The article focuses on cutaneous collagenous vasculopathy (CCV), a rare microangiopathy that causes progressive telangiectases on the skin, with occasional systemic involvement. It authors report a case of advanced CCV with ocular involvement that responded well to a combination of pulsed dye laser (PDL) therapy and sclerotherapy for the skin lesions. CCV, though uncommon, can be effectively managed with these treatments.
