- Title
A triple threat to single molecules.
- Authors
Gruebele, Martin
- Abstract
The article offers information on studies related to the problems of single-molecule spectroscopy which include low time resolution, miss populated states, and hard to come by with high throughput. It mentions the study of Campos and colleagues which recommends the addition of cysteamine to get rid of singlet oxygen and reactive oxygen derivatives to increase time of resolution. It says that Kim and colleagues shows that polythymine RNA could be used to examine mRNA synthesis.
