- Abstract
This paper presents a proposal of defining threshold functions reflecting preference of a chosen participant in the decision aiding process applied to calculation ELECTRE III method. The decision problem touched valuation scenarios of the development of the mass system. The participants in the decision was a collective body. It was not a very numerous group of representatives (just over a dozen people) of the company management -- the Municipal Transport Company.
