Abstract
The article offers information on Tennessee Bar lawyers and court judges who were subjected to disciplinary actions. Lawyer William B. Penn was suspended by the Tennessee Supreme Court for violating disciplinary rules towards his client's confidence and funds. Circuit Court Judge Jim T. Hamilton was given a public reprimand for signing ex-parte orders in 2006 and 2007. Wilson County lawyer Samuel Mingledorff was disbarred after abandoning his practice and practicing law while suspended.
