- Title
Disposable nappies for preventing napkin dermatitis in infants: a summarised Cochrane review.
- Abstract
The article presents a study which assesses if napkin dermatitis in infants can be prevented by disposable napkins. It says that the study uses the randomised controlled trials in which the disposable napkins were compared with other types of diapers in infants up to two years of age. Results show that there is not enough evidence from the trials to support the use and type of disposable napkins to prevent napkin dermatitis in infants.
