- Abstract
The article discusses the in vitro and in silico testing strategy for the prediction of interethnic human and inter-species differences in liver toxicity caused by the pyrrolizidine alkaloids riddelliine and lasiocarpine. The vitro methods are used for the characterization of the toxicological and pharmacological properties of substances. The testing of the ibuprofen revealed that protein binding is really important in the concentration studies.
