Abstract
An essay is presented on censorship in Australia. The author shares his experiences of joining a group of editors, writers and political activists in the University of New South Wales (UNSW) student newspaper "Tharunka," wherein they published issues and erotic stories. He mentions that the journal aims to raise political confrontation rather than sexual arousal. Also discussed is the call of the Catholic Church for censorship on various published materials such the UNSW student newspaper.
