- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 54-year-old man with paraplegia who was admitted to the urology department for examination of bladder wall malignancy. The patient had paraplegia disease for 20 years because of thoracic spine dislocation. Spinal anesthesia was performed on patient which resulted in Pseudo-Froin's syndrome and xanthochromia. It further concludes that the patient suffered from Froin's syndrome due to thoracic spine destruction.
