- Abstract
Since the operation of Xiaolangdi Reservoir, the river bed of the lower Yellow River has been continuously scoured and cut down, and the water level of the same discharge has been lowered, which has a negative impact on the diversion capacity of the Yellow River diversion culvert gate. Affected by the change of boundary conditions of downstream riverbed, it is necessary to reconstruct part of the river bed. Location selection is the key point and key point of engineering design in the reconstruction project of culverts and sluices in the lower reaches of the Yellow River. Based on the study of the variation and influence of diversion flow and water level in the lower reaches of the Yellow River, this paper took Weishan sluice as an example, from the aspects of geology, flow conditions, siltation of diversion channels, temporary occupation of land for diversion channel silting and ecological environment, and its impact on the original buildings, the factors influencing the construction period were analyzed and demonstrated comprehensively and the gate site selection was determined.
