The article presents an analysis on the activities of the two principal human rights organs of the Organization of American States: the Inter-American Court of Human Rights and the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, from late 2000 through October 2002. According to the author, it provides readers, particularly non-Spanish speaking human rights lawyers, with a sense of the highlights and directions of these two human rights organs.
