- Abstract
In order to solve the problems of the main side root powder doping and side charging of Panax notoginseng, dry digestion combined with inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer (ICP-OES) technology was used to establish a method for the simultaneous detection of 11 elements in Panax notoginseng such as Se and Cd. The recovery rate of standard addition of each element ranges from 95.72% to 102.3%, the correlation coefficient r value reaches 0.97198 to 0.99997, and its RSD value is 0.09% to 2.88%, and all are less than 3%. Analysis of five different producing areas of Panax notoginseng and its main factors The content of the elements in the lateral roots is different, and the results show that the content of heavy metal elements in As, Pb, and Cd in Panax notoginseng is ≤0.5 mg·kg-1, all of which do not exceed the standard; factor analysis (FA) shows that the main influencing factors of the sample elements are As, Fe, Pb ; The 3D and 2D mathematical models established by principal component analysis (PCA) and canonical discriminant analysis (CDA) can clearly distinguish five different origins of Panax notoginseng and its main lateral roots; cluster analysis (CA) dendrogram classification results and actual origins It is consistent, and the main lateral roots from different origins are systematically divided into two categories, which are consistent with the PCA and CDA analysis results. This research aims to provide a fast and accurate new method for the identification of the origin of Panax notoginseng and the identification of the main roots and lateral roots.
