- Abstract
A parametric amplification of magnetoacoustic oscillations in a disk resonator containing a FeBSiC ferromagnetic layer and a lead zirconate–titanate piezoelectric layer has been found. Oscillations with a frequency of 3.08 kHz have been excited and recorded using two coils with orthogonal axes. The pumping has been performed by an electric field with a double frequency applied to the piezoelectric layer. Amplification of oscillations occurs due to changes in the rigidity of the structure under the action of the electric field. It is shown that the gain factor can be changed using a constant magnetic field applied to the structure.
