- Abstract
The article presents information on the orbital radio-wave telescope that is used to detect the ultra high-energy cosmic rays and ultra high energy neutrinos. The principal elements of the orbital radio-wave telescope have been discussed in the article. A specific configuration of a receiver system has been offered for the circumlunar experiment.
