- Abstract
The article presents a study which was carried out to investigate the incidence of new injuries to the menisci and joint cartilage in skeletally immature children with a known anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury by the use of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) technique. It mentions that 40 skeletally immature children were employed for the study. It concludes that incidence of new injuries to joint cartilage and menisci were low between MRI1 and MRI2 in the 28 nonreconstructed knee.
