- Abstract
(C) Left upper limb magnetic resonance imaging showed increased infiltrations and fluid in subcutaneous and fascial layer of left upper limb, which was favored as lymphedema. (E) Yellowish turbid fluid (proved to be chyle) gl Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome is a rare disorder characterized by capillary malformation, venous malformation, and limb overgrowth.1 Limb hypertrophy is usually secondary to soft tissue and bony overgrowth, but lymphatic and venous malformations can be contributing factors. A male newborn had left upper limb hypertrophy, swelling, and cutaneous vascular stains at birth (Figure 1A,B).
