- Abstract
The article focuses on the study of molecular cloning and characterization of an exonic insertion coding sequence in porcine synapsin I of pigs. Researchers have observed that the amino acid sequences in human porcine synapsin I created an overall identity of 96.8% of syn Ia. In addition, researchers examined deduced amino acid sequences and discovered that no difference between the deduced and empiric peptide in terms of protein level that would affect the breeding activities of the pig.
