The article discusses the case of a patient with cardiac arrythmias following coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery. Topics discussed include the interpretation of electrocardiography (ECG), causes and risk factors for post-CABG arrhythmias, and the management of post-CABG patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation/supraventricula tachycardia (AF/SVT).
