The article offers information on various aspects of therapeutic jurisprudence and its application in the process of estate planning in the U.S. It also reflects on antitherapeutic consequences of preparing an estate plan and examines the positive psychological aspects of the estate planning process. It further discusses the implications of therapeutic jurisprudential framework of estate planning with reference to the execution of wills by soldiers and sailors.
