The article discusses the significance of U.S Constitution Confrontation Clause in providing constitutional protections to criminal defendants with reference to several cases. Topics discussed include hearsay rule, U.S Supreme Court cases addressing confrontation clause issues such as Ohio v. Roberts, Michigan v. Bryant and Davis v. Washington. It mentions the case Crawford v. Washington that dealt with the admission of hearsay statements in criminal cases under the confrontation clause.
