- Abstract
The article discusses the Hebrew scientific textbook "Ma'ase Tuviya," or "The Work of Tobias," by early modern Jewish physician Tobias Cohen, concentrating on sections concerning female physiology. It particularly examines his writings on gynecology, exploring his views on menstruation and procreation.
