- Abstract
The approximate analytical solutions of the N-dimensional Schrödinger equation for hyperbolic-type molecular potential, V(r) = D[1 − σ coth( αr)] 2 are obtained by using asymptotic iteration method (AIM). The bound state energy eigenvalues and corresponding radial eigenfunctions are derived for arbitrary ℓ-states.
