- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 38-year-old male with fullness in the right ear who is a habituated sniffer of paint thinner. His tympanic membrane of the right ear was distended and appeared reddish with a blister which contained a brownish serous effusion along with a brownish mucous discharge through the right Eustachian tube. His right nasal cavity mucosa was swollen and appeared reddish with mucus secretion. The article discusses the effects of organic solvent abuse.
