Abstract
The article presents the evolution of different definitions offered to Great Britain's money aggregates through the years since 1970. These money aggregates include M3, M4, Private Sector Liquidity 1 (PSL1), and Private Sector Liquidity 2 (PSL2). The revolution started from M3's introduction way back in 1970, M4 in 1987, PSL1 between 1980 and 1987, and PSL2 which also occurred between 1980 and 1987. Information about each transition is offered.
