- Abstract
The article reports on the continued research conducted by scientists at the Institute of Plasma Physics in Praque, Czech Republic on the Compass fusion project by United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority's (UKAEA) Culham Science Center in Oxfordshire, England. It was stated that the Compass, a project which aims to duplicate the process of the sun's power generation to acquire a clean source of electricity, is a significant part on the fusion research program of the Czech Republic. According to Andy Cullen, project manager of UKAEA, Compass will be a key training tool for Czech scientists and engineers in their international fusion research.
