- Abstract
The article offers information on the attribution of naming rights among authors in the U.S. According to the author, copyright law needs to be amended to provide balance and more favorable to the interests of authors regarding the creative works, however, they have less knowledge on the concept of authorial rights because of the complexities in their works. It also discusses the legal uncertainty associated in attribution rights, including its difficulties, challenges and moralistic claims, as well as cites some information resources that tackle the same issue in accordance with creative productions.
