- Abstract
The article focuses on Clostridium difficile infection (CDI), which is an old but progressively infection that could lead to death in the U.S. It says that the risk of developing CDI is directly associated with the number of antibiotics exposed on a person and its length and spectrum coverage. It mentions the clinical diagnosis, manifestations of CDI as well as its prevention and control techniques. Moreover, the risk factors and recommended treatment for CDI are cited.
