The article informs that Scientists at the North Carolina State University have found that film made of tiny carbon nanotubes (CNT) has a combination of thermal, electrical and physical properties because of which it may be used in next-generation smart fabrics. It mentions that the film may turn out to be a key material in developing clothing that can heat or cool the wearer on demand.
