- Abstract
Although the saturable absorption of 2D materials have been widely reported, it is still a hanging question about their potential for practical laser products. This article shows a systematical comparison between a graphene saturable absorption mirror and a commercial semiconductor saturable mirror at 2 μm wavelength, implying graphene can be a better practical mode‐locker for mid‐infrared lasers.
