- Abstract
The article explores the possibilities for economic recovery by several states in the U.S. which are facing the impact of the economic recession. It states that possible economic recovery will be realized when the government and public officials are able to examine the employment growth trends in the 12 districts of the Federal Reserve System. The article also examines the timing entry to the recession by the Federal Reserve districts and describes the contribution of historical trends and economic theory.
